Managing tags

  • The most important aspect of the tagger is the ability to tag the documents. The tags are used as input to the text mining algorithm and as good tagging you, the user, will do as good the suggestion from the artificial intelligence will be.
  • Document Tagger shows three types of tags
    • Accepted tags
      • These are the tags that YOU decided that are relevant for the document.
      • You can add a tag manually with the text box above the list box.
      • You can remove tags from the accepted list by marking those tags in the list box, right clicking the list, and selecting remove accepted tags.
  • Declined tags
    • These are the tags that YOU decided that are irrelevant for the document.
    • You can add a tag manually with the text box above the list box.
    • You can remove tags from the declined list by marking those tags in the list box, right clicking the list, and selecting remove declined tags.
  • Suggested tags
    • These are the tags that the Artificial Intelligence algorithm suggests you to accept.
    • The acceptance or decline of the tag is up to you - the user.
    • To accept or decline a tag, check the tags within the list box, right click on the list box and select Accept suggested tags or Declined suggested tags.
  • Every selection you make is fed to the Artificial Intelligence algorithm - so make sure not to pollute the accepted and declined tags.
